Expolanka has over the years focused on servicing the apparel industry and is today a specialist in providing freight services to this vital export sector. Having studied the needs of apparel manufacturers, Expolanka has developed numerous innovative services to assist the industry.


Quality Assurance Centres (QAC)
Expolanka pioneered the concept of the Quality Assurance Centre or QAC in Sri Lanka. Within our warehouse premises apparel buyers are able to set up their individual QAC for storing, sorting and shipping garments. The buying offices can manage their QAC or entrust the responsibility to Expolanka.

Other Services
Expolanka undertakes Multi Country Consolidation (MCC) to enable collection, re-packing, distribution and storage of freight from multiple countries and re-routing this freight to one of more destinations.

Expolanka was the first in Sri Lanka to commence the Garments on Hangers (GOH) concept. This service has greatly assisted Sri Lankan apparel manufacturers and foreign retailers as it reduces delivery times from production facilities to retail stores.

Our own freighters operate both scheduled and non-scheduled flights to service clients based within the region.
